Everything a cattery needs, nothing it doesn't
Built around chalets and cats rather than squeezed into general booking software. Here's what it does today.
The chalet calendar
Every chalet down the side, six weeks across, starting a few days back so you can still see who's just left. Move forward and back four weeks at a time, or jump to any month.

Drag to move
Drag a stay to another chalet, for the whole stay or from a chosen day. It checks the chalet is free and big enough first.
Planned moves
Book a stay that starts in one chalet and moves to another part-way through, and see both on the calendar.
Book from the calendar
Tap an empty day in a chalet to start a booking with that chalet and date already filled in.
Cleaning list
The Today page lists the chalets that need cleaning after each departure, and you tick them off as you go.
Bookings and prices
The price is worked out as you go, day by day, from your own price list – and you can always change it.

Only free chalets offered
Pick the cats and dates and you'll only see chalets that are free and take that many cats. If none are, it suggests a stay with a move part-way through.
Your prices, your rules
Prices per day by how many cats share a chalet. Set new prices from a future date and bookings already made keep the old ones.
Extras and discounts
Add anything – medication, a collection, a regulars' discount – as an amount or a percentage. Or just agree a price.
Peak times
Set a minimum stay for Christmas or the summer holidays, and it warns you when a booking is shorter.
Waiting list
When you're full, put them on the waiting list. If a cancellation frees a chalet for their dates, it tells you.
Deposits
Record deposits and payments against each booking, and see at a glance what's still owed.
Customers and cats
One record for each family, with every cat they've ever brought and every stay.

Everything about each cat
Breed, age, microchip, diet, medication, behaviour notes, vet and vaccination dates – on the screen and on the register.
Vet authority letters
Record when the Letter of Authority was signed, and get a warning at check-in if one is missing.
No more duplicates
It spots possible duplicates as you type, and merges two records of the same family – or the same cat – with nothing lost.
Fast search
Find anyone by name, cat, phone number, postcode or email from the box at the top of every page.
Requests from your website
A short booking request form for your own website, written for customers rather than for staff.

You decide
Requests wait in a list. Accept one into a chalet in a couple of taps, or decline it. Nothing is booked automatically.
Matched to existing customers
It recognises returning customers and their cats, so you're not typing them in again.
Waiting list from the form
Customers can tick "put me on the waiting list if you're full" – and each request shows whether you've room for those dates.
See them arrive
The Requests count updates by itself, with a pop-up when a new one comes in.
Payments, invoices and accounts
Takings by day, week or month, split by card, cash and bank transfer.

Invoices
A clean invoice for every stay, with your logo and details, to print or save as a PDF.
For your accountant
Download payments and bookings as a spreadsheet for any period.
Licensing and records
Everything the cat boarding licence asks you to record, in one place. More on licensing & GDPR.

Renewal reminders
From 16 weeks before your licence is due, with the date to apply by. Councils ask for at least 10 weeks' notice.
Daily checks
Eating, litter tray, how they seem and a note for each cat. Problems are highlighted on the booking.
The full register
Insurance, local emergency contact, flea and worming dates, sharing consent and belongings – printed for each arrival.
Data requests
Everything you hold about a customer on one page, to print or save as a PDF.
Your words
Chalets, pens, suites or rooms – choose what you call them and every screen uses it.
Change a chalet in a tap
Tap a chalet number to change how many cats it takes, rename it or take it out of use for repairs.
Set up in minutes
Three questions – how many chalets, how many cats each, your prices – and you're taking bookings.
Bring your customers with you
Upload a spreadsheet, check the columns, and your owners and cats are in. Undo it in one go if it's not right.
Peace of mind
Undo almost anything
Every change is kept in the history with who made it and when. Most can be put back with one tap.
Nightly backups
Your records are copied every night, and a week of copies is kept.
Staff logins
A login for each member of staff, with password resets by email. Remove someone the day they leave.
Works on a phone
The same system on your phone, tablet or computer – no app to install.
