When will prices be announced?
Before the full launch. If you join early access we'll tell you first, before you're asked to pay anything.
Does joining early access commit me to anything?
No. It just puts your cattery on the list. We'll get in touch to talk it through.
Can I bring my existing records?
Yes. Customers and cats come in from a spreadsheet in a few minutes. Coming from another booking system or paper? Tell us what you use now and we'll help bring your bookings across too.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Your records are yours, and bookings, payments and accounts can be downloaded as a spreadsheet at any time.
Will the price depend on how many chalets I have?
That's one of the things we're settling with founding catteries. Tell us how many chalets you have when you sign up.
