Who we are
This website is run by David West, County Durham, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@catterybooking.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you type into the early-access form: your name, your cattery's name, your email, and – if you choose to give them – your phone number, town, how many chalets you have, what you use now and your message.
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't use analytics that follow you around the web. Like every website, our hosting keeps short-term server logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and working.
What we do with it
- Reply to you about early access to Cattery Booking.
- Tell you when prices are announced and when your place is ready.
We use your details because you asked us to get in touch. We never sell them or pass them to anyone else for marketing.
Where it's kept and for how long
Your details are emailed to us and kept in a file on our UK web hosting, outside the public website. If you don't become a customer, we delete them within 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you – just email hello@catterybooking.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
The booking system itself
When a cattery uses Cattery Booking, its customer records belong to the cattery. We look after them on the cattery's behalf and only use them to run the service. The details are set out in the agreement each cattery signs.
